Oxygen is essential to your lungs as well as all life on earth.
Did you know that you breathe 13 pints of air a minute and that 70% of ‘waste carbon dioxide’ of your body is eliminated through your lungs?
Your lungs are a filter and oxygenator for your blood. When your heart pumps blood into your lungs, the oxygen is taken up by your blood cells. This gives your blood the ability to fight off viruses because they cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.
Your respiratory system is designed to pull oxygen from the air on the in-breathe and expel carbon dioxide on the out-breath. Oxygen is essential for the cells, and the body as a whole, to function correctly and stay alive. If your lungs are not able to expel that carbon dioxide, which is a byproduct of cell metabolism, this can increase blood pressure, heart rate, and restrict blood flow to your extremities. This exchange enables oxygen to enter your capillaries thus carrying oxygen into your bloodstream and spreading it throughout your body into the tissues.
The circulatory system works closely with the respiratory system, helping to bring oxygenated blood to every part of your body. Without the heart, the oxygen needed by each of your cells would not be delivered, and the waste carbon dioxide would not be exhaled. This helps you to understand how a face covering and a sedentary lifestyle may increase carbon dioxide in your body.
Your lungs also produce healthy mucous in the trachea and bronchial tubes that keep the air passages moist and intercept and expel dust, bacteria, and other toxic substances. When the lungs cannot expel the ‘waste carbon dioxide’, this can cause irritation, inflammation, and permanent damage to the respiratory system which may be labeled as asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, sleep apnea, and tuberculosis.
But I have been experimenting with ways to increase oxygen in the lungs as well as the body and my favorite choice is Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. According to Dr. Edward Group, this extraordinary liquid helps the body produce high levels of oxidants which activate enzyme systems that stimulate oxygen absorption as well as detoxification.
So, I got a small 1-ounce cobalt blue nasal spray bottle and filled it with distilled water. Then I placed 1 drop of Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the water and placed the tip on it. The first time I sprayed it in both my nostrils, it created a bubbling effect that made me sneeze, but I got used to it. I carried this with me in my purse and used it before entering any type of public place.
Then I got this brilliant idea to fill an Atomizer Sprayer with Colloidal Silver and add 1 drop of Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide with 1 drop of Max GSE. This way I would be eliminating all unhealthy bacteria while oxygenating my body. I now carry this mixture with me wherever I go, and it is a lifesaver. Most importantly, it has helped oxygenate my lungs tremendously. Please be careful with the Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide as it can burn your skin so if you get a little bit on your fingers, rinse it off till the burning stops. (Only use this with your doctor’s supervision.)
If you feel this oxygen-colloidal silver-grapefruit seed extract aerosol information has been beneficial, please feel free to share it with your friends.
One thing I forgot to mention is that if you, “Do not use it, You lose it”, so get out in the fresh air, breathe deeply, and enjoy long walks in nature to oxygenate your body, lift your mood, and free your Soul.
